I'm glad you wrote on adoption agencies and money. Recently I completed all of the needed documents for Gladney and was working on the home-study. Their fees went up TWICE in 4 month and each time AT LEAST a $1,000 bucks. That's after I signed a contract with them for a lower amount. They shamelessly continued to ask for more money until my husband and I hit the ground running.
